About the Logemann Center

The Logemann Community Center was established in 1988 to provide a home for the Mequon Historical Society and as a non-profit organization in 1988 to meet the recreational and educational needs of Mequon-Thiensville area residents. The transformation of the building from a police and fire station to a community center was made possible through the generosity of Mr. and Mrs. Ottomar Logemann. Since then, we have grown into a non-profit organization dedicated to the community. From long term rentals to private parties; programming, fundraising events and classes, we have something for everyone!

Mission

The Logemann Community Center is a gathering place for the recreational, social and educational activities of area residents, businesses and organizations.  The Center will provide a safe and pleasant environment for our youth and adults.

Vision

The Logemann Community Center will be an appropriately funded, adequately staffed, fully utilized, and attractive center of activity that is an integral part of the lives of community members of all ages.

OUR TEAM

Volunteers are also our lifeblood. We have about 45,000 visitors each year that help us in all areas of our operation. In fact, our leadership is a volunteer board of directors that oversee the Center. These dedicated people give their time and help plan events, develop programming, assist volunteers, oversee operations, and more. We also employ two part time directors that the Center could not survive without. These are your neighbors: business owners, teachers, doctors, lawyers, and more.
