For the Community
At the Logemann Community Center, we offer a wide variety of classes that are constantly evolving and growing. We are excited to have classes for children and adults of all ages. Our space is perfect for many types of classes, including exercise classes, music lessons, language classes, and more. For Businesses
Are you starting a business? Renting space from the Logemann Community Center is a great way to save money while you focus on getting your business off the ground. Our rental rates are very reasonable and our staff is very flexible in making sure your needs are met. Many small businesses have seen their start at the Logemann Center, including Rince Nia Irish Dance, and others still use our Center as their home, including K-T Dog Training, Suzuki Violin, LADA Driver School, and more. Start your business here!
Rental Rates
When you start a class at the Logemann Center, you will sit down with our business director to set up a schedule that fits your needs as a class instructor. We have special rental rates for our long term class renters, and we take pride in our flexibility and willingness to craft a schedule that works for each individual instructor. East Hall
This street level room is the largest rental space we have, and is perfect for exercise classes or even large meetings. Easy access to large tables and chairs as well as bathrooms and a drinking fountain are available to class participants.
Space: 2070 square feet, accomodates 125-150 people
Standard Fee: $21 per hour
West Hall
This space is a great for smaller class sizes, but still accomodates plenty of people. It is an open space with several couches and tables.
Space: 2010 square feet, accomodates ~50 people
Standard Fee: $18 per hour
Ivy Room
Tucked under the building, this private room is perfect for meetings and small gatherings. Although featuring a private entrance, it is not handicap-accessible. As with all rentals, chairs and tables are available for use. A great private space perfect for music lessons.
Space: 570 square feet, accomodates 30-40 people
Standard Fee: $12 per hour
Long Term Rental Policies
All rooms subject to availability. Renters must sign a lease and rent a minimum of four hours a month for an average of eight months. Special pricing may be available to renters who rent in excess of 30 hours a month. Logemann Center rules and regulations apply to all rentals. Rental prices subject to change at any time.
