Grants News: NMF funds fundraising at LCC

We received a grant for $4,580 to help fund our independent fundraising capability in 2013. The Nonprofit Management Fund of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation has awarded this grant to the LCC. This money will help the LCC hire Murn & Associates in Pewaukee to be our funding consultant in 2013. We are very excited about this new opportunity!

Logemann Center Hall Rental Image

Repair News: Fixing Our Main Rental Spaces

Hall Renters will be enjoying more improvements to our facility in the coming months! We recently finished painting the East Hall to give the walls a fresh, compatible look with the recently installed new floor. Soon the hall will also sport new blinds as well as new cabinetry in the Family Playcenter. We will continue to make these types of improvements to make renting at the Logemann Center a more pleasant experience.

New Exercise Class: Live and Be Fit

Please help the LCC welcome Sandra Blok as a new renter here at the LCC!! Her new class is called Live & Be Fit Personal Training. She will be offering what she likes to refer to as the Cardio Bootcamp in the LCC East Hall Monday through Thursday, 5:30-6:30am. Early birds are welcome!

Logemann Center Historic Day Image

Historic Days is
reinvented in 2013

Historic Days has been an event we have organized for the community for 11 years. This year, we have put together a committee to re-envision this event and we think it is going to be great! For starters, we will be moving the event to a different venue, which will give us more room and a more authentic historical experience - Thiensville Village Park! There will be more changes which are too numerous to mention here, but stay tuned!

Donation Wish List

Adobe Creative Suite CS5
Design Premium

Believe it or not, the Logemann Center maintains its website completely in house and doesn’t have its own copy of the Adobe Creative Suite Program. Simply having this one program in our office would mean we would be able to be much more proactive in updating you on what is going on at the Logemann, without spending thousands of dollars having a web designer put in the edits. We want to give the Mequon-Thiensville community the best and most updated information on what is going on at the Logemann, so if you have this software and want to donate a used or older version, or if you would like to sponsor us, contact our office at 262-242-7471. Thank you!
