Hall Rentals
Logemann Community Center offers large and small gathering areas for rent including office space that meets virtually everyone's needs - at affordable prices. Tours are recommended and available by appointment. All areas include: air-conditioning, tables and chairs, and ample parking. Bring your own food and beverages or caterer, and beer and wine are allowed (no hard liquor). MORE IMPROVEMENTS ARE COMING TO OUR FACILITY!
Hall Renters will be enjoying more improvements to our facility in the coming months! We will be investing in professional painting in our east hall, new blinds in the entire main floor, as well as new cabinetry in the Family Playcenter. We will continue to make these types of improvements to make renting at the Logemann Center a more pleasant experience!

Rental Rates
East Hall
This street level room is the largest rental space we have, and is perfect for large meetings and social gatherings. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, so bring your own food and beverages or caterer. Piano and portable small stage available.
Space: 2070 square feet, accomodates 125-150 people
Standard Fee: $80 per hour ($120 per hour with west hall)
City/Village Resident Fee: $70 per hour ($108 per hour with west hall)
Non-Profit Rate: $65 per hour ($100 per hour with west hall)
*Kitchen add-on: add $20 per hour
West Hall
This space is a great for children's parties and smaller gatherings. During the year, this space is used for the Family Playcenter, and provides plenty of space for kids to play and interact. If you have a birthday party, or a gathering of close family and friends, this space is great to rent if you are looking for a space that's flexible and affordable.
Space: 2010 square feet, accomodates ~50 people
Standard Fee: $70 per hour ($120 per hour with east hall)
City/Village Resident Fee: $60 per hour ($108 per hour with east hall)
Non-Profit Rate: $55 per hour ($100 per hour with east hall)
*Kitchen add-on: add $20 per hour
Ivy Room
Tucked under the building, this private room is perfect for meetings and small gatherings. Although featuring a private entrance, it is not handicap-accessible. As with all rentals, chairs and tables are available for use. With 570 square feet of space available, groups as large as 40 will fit perfectly into this space.
Space: 570 square feet, accomodates 30-40 people
Standard Fee: $32 per hour
City/Village Resident Fee: $29 per hour
Non-Profit Rate: $25 per hour
*Kitchen add-on: add $20 per hour
Conference Room
This room is a small space reserved for meetings and small class gatherings. It is now home to our New Leaf Used Book Cellar, so use of this room is by special request only. Please contact April Stolte for information regarding rental of this space.
Space: 334 square feet, accomodates 20 people
Standard Fee: $16 per hour
City/Village Resident Fee: $15 per hour
Non-Profit Rate: $13 per hour
*Kitchen add-on: add $20 per hour
Hall Rental Policies
All rooms subject to availability. Please call in advance to reserve. Reduced rate available for up to two hours before event for set-up. Logemann Community Center Rules and Regulations apply to all rentals.50% of rental fee on all rooms, (plus security deposit for east hall usage), required to reserve space. Prices subject to change at any time.
